Is there a reason why my post wasn't delivered today? Is there a reason that it's 6:30pm and no one has picked up the mail in my mailbox? Is there some Federal Holiday that only the Post Office on 2nd Street in Easton, Pennsylvania celebrates? There wasn't rain or sleet or dark of night today. Is this to say that the mailman doesn't deliver if it's a perfectly nice sunny day?
